Looking to explore and conquer Midgard without the pressure of Ragnarök? Look no further than our revamped Survival Mode! Don’t worry about threats coming to you - instead, take the fight to the enemy, explore at your own pace, build impressive structures, and level up on your timeline.

Tribes of Midgard is a co-op game with a unique blend of action, survival, and roguelite elements. Venture with your tribe into the untamed wilds of Midgard to gather precious Resources, hunt mythical Beasts, defeat mighty Enemies, topple Giants, and claim Treasures. The further from the Sanctuary you explore, the greater the challenge and greater the rewards!

PLAY MULTIPLE WAYS:

Experience procedurally generated worlds by land or sea, to gather loot as you hack and slash through small and huge enemies alike! Gain knowledge, meta experience, and reward unlocks to aid you in your quest to prevent Ragnarök. Your tribe’s might will be tested in two different Game Modes:

Saga: a session-based mode where you delay the forces of Ragnarök before the endless winter takes hold. Explore by day, defend by night and loot 24/7. Fortify your Village and specialize in one of the 8 unique Classes before time runs out!

Survival: a more relaxed mode where you build your own story and take the fight to the enemy. Use the magical Allforge to craft Stations and Constructions to create your perfect Viking home and write your own legend by choosing among 90 skills!

FACE COLOSSAL GAME-CHANGERS:

Equipped with nothing but the loincloth on your back and an eternal oath to save the world, work together with your tribe to stand against the ever-looming threat of the Jötnar—epic Giants hel-bent on annihilating you. Confront the mighty Ancients, creatures of Viking legends whose destruction knows no bounds.

FORGE YOUR VIKING LEGEND:

Level up your character by choosing skills and taking the battle into the wilds as you seek resources to craft epic Armor and mighty Weaponry. Discover and equip powerful Runes to complement your playstyle in surprising ways. Then, unleash destruction and prepare clever defenses to give your enemies some nasty surprises.

RALLY THE TRIBE:

When the giants arrive, it takes a village to bring them down! Adventure through Midgard solo or form a tribe of up to 10 players in online PvE co-op. Test your Viking skills against the seasonal challenges of Saga Mode or tailor the experience to your liking and see how long you can “surthrive” in the highly customizable Survival mode. We recommend taking on Ragnarök with a tribe of four or more.
